Subscrition (new account)

Hello, I contracted a subcrition and I have my new card since last week. I am unable to make any type of communication if i am not using wi fi. The plan should be available today, shall i expect till tomorrow?

Hi Ricardo, welcome to Vodafone! Did you request number porting? In that case you have recieved a text message when your number is active on our network.

I requested to go from a pre paid client to have a subscrition. Right now am waiting for the activation of my number.

Is the subscription already active @Rico80? Or are you still waiting for activation? Did you recieve a text message with the date in it when it will be changed into a subscription?
