Have not received my money back

Hi ,
You will find in my file I called you about 10 days ago about a wrong invoice I was charged, value 84 euros. I was told money would be back in my account in 5 days. Nothing so far. Please notice I am NOT interested in credit, want money back. Could kindly check?

I understand that you want the amount back on your own account. Normally a refund will take up 15 working days.
Through here I don't have the possibility to check the sysyems. This is because of privacy reasons.
If you want to check if the refund is requested, you can call 1201 or send us a Tweet of a message on Facebook.
