No activation e-mail was received

Hi!

I'm trying to create an account and activate my SIMs.
I've got to the point where I should receive an activation mail to my e-mail address. But it's been more than 36 hours and I still got nothing.
Tried again this morning, and again - nothing.
Need your help please.

I can imagine you want the sim cards and your account to be activated. Could you send a message through Facebook or Twitter so that we can help you with this? You can also start a chat on our website. Through our community I am not able to go into the systems because of your privacy.
Can you let me know if my collegues has solved this for you?

Normally it would be activated in a few minutes. My colleagues can check where it goes wrong and change this ofcourse 🙂
