Purchased Credit but It did not come

Hi, sorry for asking the question in English. My friend has a Dutch sim with Vodafone and she recently moved back to Ireland. When purchasing 30e online she put in her Dutch number (starting with 06...) and the 30e was taken from her account but she has not received the credit. there are no helpline to call with english menus so can someone please help here if you know what to do?

even if she should have put +31 this was not made clear and it should still work!

If your friend is outside the Netherlands, she can call with 31 654 500 100 to reach our customer service.
She can also start a chat through My Vodafone or send us a message through Facebook or Twitter.
My colleagues will help her further with this and can check what happend.
