Tourist with sim

My credit ran out on a vodafone sim I purchased in amsterdam. I attempted to top up the sim but have not been able to because apparently my card has been used under another name (my girlfriend). This has not stopped vodafone charging me the three times I tried to top up my sim but not giving me any credit.
I tried to call and was hung up on 4 times and can no longer call today as I have reached the limit.
If my money is not returned soon I will force a back charge via my bank and get the 90 dollars stolen from me back.

What a strange story! I don't really understand why the top up didn't work because of the usage by your girlfriend. Please send us a message via Facebook or Twitter so we can check this for you. Via the Community it isn't possible to see the information from your prepaid.
