topglambabes - total scam and vodaphone is no help!

A weird charge appeared on my bill - three times my average bill - for topglambabes. I never authorised this and vodaphone was little help - it's a total scam happening to other people as well and vodaphone seems to be doing little about it. The charge was small but I refuse to pay it and am dropping vodaphone...imagine if it was a large charge? The idea that anyone can use your phone number and charge you for almost anything and vodaphone is like, well, there is little we can do - bad customer service!!!!1

Hi aquaskaya
Welcome to the Vodafone community

If you no longer wish to receive such messages, you must unsubscribe via www.payinfo.nl. If you have done that you can no longer receive / pay payment services. Then you can contact Vodafone's customer service to ask if they want to help you with this depreciation. Vodafone will then see if it is possible to return the money under leniency. That does not mean that it works, but you can always try it.

Do not agree that Vodafone is bad because it is not in the wrong for now. If you explain what has happened, Vodafone will certainly look into it. Sorry for my English, then it is Google translator's fault

Thanks - did that when I figured out what the heck it was - but the fact that it is happening to MANY PEOPLE is a sign that there is a problem with Vodaphone - no one autorises these charges and they are automatically deducted from your account. Dropping Vodaphone fast!

In North America this is consumer fraud - looks like a rather large scale - and Vodaphone should be stopping it - not saying there is nothing they can do about it. No one authorises these charges and Vodaphone is facilitating scamming whether they like it or not.
