Good afternoon,  My friend Bujor Alexandru Ionut made a new abonament and payed for iPhone 11 Black. He must to check his email to confirm the date when he wants to receive that. 


His email password is lost and he cannot reach it. How can he change it to be able to confirm the time of receiving the phone?
