Unused sim card for 6 months

Hi all, I haven't charged my credit for a few months, more then 6 and now I can't recharge and re-activate the number, even though I got a message from Vodafone I can go online and top-up to re-activate.
Can anyone advise? Can I active my old number of it is disconnected?

The best way is to go to you My Vodafone and see if your number is still active.
Wneh you on the My Vodafone site, you can chat with a Vodafone employee and they can help you!

It is possible that is it to long not used. But I don't know. And it is possible to go to a Vodafone store.

Thanks for your fast reply!!
I just checked in My Vodafone and saw that there I can recharge the credit and therefore reactivate it. Initially I tried via the usual way, but my phone number was not recognised, but worked after logging in.
